A pangram, also called holoalphabetic sentence, is a sentence that uses every single letter of the alphabet at least once. The word pangram comes from the Greek pan gramma, which means ‘every letter’.
Pangrams are mostly used to display typefaces, test equipment and develop certain skills in handwriting, calligraphy and keyboarding.
The most common example of a pangram is; “The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog”
